3M Dyneon Fluoropolymers is a high-performance family of fluorinated elastomers, Fluoroplastics, PTFE and compounds used in a wide variety of industries to enhance performance and productivity, and to expand freedom of design.

Polymer Processing Additives

3M Polymer Processing Additives are used in the end products for better surface quality, less waste, increased productivity and smoother processing when manufacturing extruded plastic products. Just a small amount can help reduce common issues such as die build-up and melt fracture.



Temperature and chemical resistant 3M Fluoroelastomers including high-purity grades are used for critical sealing and containment applications. They are also used as processing additives to improve mold flow, release cure time and more.



A broad line of thermoplastics including products optimized for low temperature processability, flame resistance, electrical insulation, flexibility, optical properties, mechanical strength and more.


PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)

It is a versatile, high-performance material with low friction, high durability and excellent thermal and chemical resistance. 3M PTFE is available in a wide range of standard and custom grades, including high-purity TFM materials.
